Yunji Hotel Delivery Robot in Xi'an Radisson RED, Come Enjoy It!

On October 26, Yunji exploration team visited Xi'an, the ancient capital of the thirteen dynasties, to explore the forefront of new-fashioned hotels—Xi'an Gaoxin Radisson RED Hotel.


Xi'an Gaoxin Radisson RED perfectly blends the charm of the ancient capital with modern trends, offering a glimpse into the passage of time and the beauty of the present.

Let's follow the live exploration by Yunji, stepping into Xi'an Gaoxin Radisson RED, and embarking on a journey of "Red-themed Lifestyle."


Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by a dynamic wall made up of LED screens, with three lively red "chubby horses" in front. These Tang horses, known for their plump appearance during the Tang Dynasty, engage in baseball, surfing, and ice skating, catering to the trendy hobbies of the younger generation.

Following the host, we reached the hotel's second floor, a hidden gem full of surprises.


Inspired by the theme of "Rock + Qin Opera," the design integrates history, culture, and a unique attitude.


Exiting the elevator, a dazzling array of electronic lights greets you.


Beneath your feet, holographic interactive projections bloom with every step, creating a dance of light and shadow as tones evolve throughout the space.

Hotel Delivery Robot at Radisson RED | Smart Living


The hotel has created an interactive living space, including a body interactive screen that combines photography and games. Guests can interact with the large screen using gestures and body language.


Additionally, the hotel is equipped with Yunji's intelligent vending machine for hotel delivery robot.

The intelligent vending machine stocks snacks such as chips, candies, chocolates, beverages, and beer, as well as items for women and family planning, creating a 24-hour unmanned intelligent convenience store for guests.


The intelligent front-end storage, combined with the hotel delivery robot GeGe, forms a closed-loop service of shopping, retrieval, and delivery, bringing true convenience and efficient service to guests.


Simply scan the QR code and place an order in the room or lobby with a fingertip, and the robot will promptly deliver it.


This experience has received praise and preference from guests.

In Radisson RED's "Smart Enjoyment Space,"Yunji's hotel delivery robot is seamlessly integrated with TCL televisions. Guests only need to scan the QR code on the room's counter to shop. The bedroom TV screen immediately displays a prompt that the robot is "on a mission." In about 3 minutes, the room's intelligent voice phone rings, and the TCL TV screen shows a prompt: "I'm at the door, please open it to retrieve your items."

Radisson RED aims to provide guests with an experience of smart living. Cloud Trace's technology integrates with TCL systems, enabling interactive summoning of robots, visualized robot services, and traceable order trajectories, providing a traceable path for a smart living experience.

For example, if a guest needs room service or products, our AI voice robot assigns the request to the robot-connected container, automatically delivering items to the guest without manual intervention. If a guest complains about a malfunctioning air conditioner in their room, the AI voice automatically transfers the request directly to the front desk or the hotel manager's mobile phone, promptly allowing experienced managers to resolve the guest's complaint.
